Belt, Cowhide and concha disks
Description
34" cowhide leather belt with a simple silver buckle. The leather has darkened to dark brown with age. Placed upon leather are 10 - 3" in diameter German silver slightly concave concha disks, equally spaced, and secured on the backside of belt with a long piece of leather thong. Attached to the belt is a leather tail of a newer, lighter color brown cowhide. It is 41" long and has 18 - 2" diameter undecorated, concave, equally spaced, German silver disks. The leather "tail" narrows at the end and there are 4 smaller silver concha disks, 1 - 1", 1 - 3/4", and 2 - 1/2". Tail then narrows to a point.
